ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and fulfillment location. You’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order is on the move, we’ll send you tracking information by email when available.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $85+. The qualifying order amount is calculated after discounts are applied.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
Don’t worry. If you ordered more than one item, your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Your other gear may simply be taking a different trail.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us at support@mountyard.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

What if my tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package?
First, check around your property and with anyone else at the delivery address. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually arrive. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us at support@mountyard.com and we’ll help you figure out the next step.

SIZING & PRODUCTS

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Fit can vary between T-shirts and hoodies, so we recommend using the measurements provided rather than relying only on your usual size.

Are MountYard T-shirts and hoodies unisex?
Many of our styles have a versatile, unisex fit. Check the individual product page for specific fit and sizing information.

How should I care for my MountYard gear?
Care instructions are included on each product page. In general, we recommend washing apparel inside out in cold water with like colors, using mild detergent and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly over the design.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations can occur because of screen settings, garment characteristics, and the printing process.

RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES

What is your return policy?
Please choose your size and color carefully before ordering. We don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@mountyard.com with your order number and a few clear photos showing the issue. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Should I send a damaged or incorrect item back?
Please contact us first. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned and will provide instructions if a return is required. Please don't send anything back without contacting us.

What is MountYard?
MountYard is outdoor apparel with personality. We create graphic T-shirts and hoodies inspired by hiking, camping, fishing, road trips, backyards, and all the wonderfully unserious ways people get outside.

Is MountYard only for serious outdoor adventurers?
Definitely not. Mountains or backyards, five-mile hikes or five steps to the grill — outside is outside. MountYard is for however you like to get out there.
