We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory or production issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an applicable refund.
Please ensure that your contact, billing, shipping, and other order information is complete and accurate when placing an order.
Because our products are made to order and may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted for production.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your shopping experience or market and may change without notice.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, promotional, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

Production and delivery times may be affected by carriers, fulfillment providers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds
Because MountYard products are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds solely for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Eligibility for refunds and replacements is governed by the Refund & Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
Promotions and Discounts
Discounts, promotional offers, free-shipping offers, and promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates, or exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property

AI-Assisted and Digitally Created Content
MountYard may use artificial intelligence and other digital tools to assist in the creation, development, editing, enhancement, or presentation of certain content, including artwork, graphics, product imagery, descriptions, marketing materials, and other creative content.
AI-assisted content may be reviewed, selected, edited, modified, or incorporated by MountYard as part of our creative and production process.
Product mockups, lifestyle images, models, backgrounds, locations, settings, and other promotional imagery may be digitally created, generated, enhanced, or composited and are provided for illustrative purposes. They may not depict the exact physical product, person, location, setting, scale, or appearance under real-world conditions.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the products offered for sale. When making purchasing decisions, customers should refer to the applicable product description, product images, specifications, color options, and size information provided on the product page.
The use of artificial intelligence or other digital tools does not grant users any additional right to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit MountYard content. Use of MountYard content remains subject to the intellectual property provisions of these Terms.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, feedback, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
