• Every MountYard item is made to order, so please allow a few business days for production before it ships.
• Once your order is on the move, we'll send you tracking information by email when available.
• Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed.
• Ordering more than one item? Your gear may occasionally arrive in separate packages. They're not lost — they're just taking different trails.
• Double-check your shipping address before ordering. If something looks wrong, contact us quickly at support@mountyard.com. We can't guarantee changes once production or shipping has started.
• If your package seems to have wandered a little too far off-trail, email us and we'll help investigate.
